Info: Founded in 1812 in Tours-sur-Marne, Laurent-Perrier is one of Champagne’s most celebrated houses and remains one of the few major producers still under family ownership. Known for its elegant, fresh, and refined style, Laurent-Perrier places a strong emphasis on Chardonnay, creating Champagnes with remarkable finesse, balance, and complexity. The house has long been a pioneer in Champagne, from introducing its iconic Cuvée Rosé in 1968 to developing Grand Siècle, a prestige cuvée that blends exceptional vintages rather than relying on a single harvest. With more than 200 years of history, Laurent-Perrier continues to combine traditional Champagne craftsmanship with an innovative approach to producing some of the region’s finest wines.

Jefferson’s Bourbon Tasting! 🥃

Info: Founded in 1997 by Trey Zoeller and his father, Chet, Jefferson’s Bourbon has made a name for itself by taking a different approach to traditional Kentucky whiskey. With a family history in the bourbon business dating back generations, Trey has focused on the art of blending and experimenting with unique aging techniques to create whiskeys that stand apart from the crowd.
Jefferson’s is perhaps best known for its Ocean Aged at Sea series, where fully matured barrels of bourbon are loaded onto ships and sent on voyages around the world. During these journeys, the barrels experience constant movement, dramatic temperature changes, and varying climates. The idea is that these conditions encourage additional interaction between the whiskey and the oak, creating a unique flavor profile that can vary from voyage to voyage.

Incredible selection and affordable prices. These guys are bourbon snobs so their barrel picks are great and they carry some niche labels that most don’t. Their staff was also helpful and actually knew the product. They also have a tasting room next door so you can easily give it an inexpensive sample before throwing down for the whole bottle. I will continue to shop here when I come into town.

I am willing across the city because of the staff and knowledge provided. Finding new bottles and understanding what you are buying is important. The staff here is helpful in this way. They have a tasting room open in the later part of the week to buy pours of something before you buy it which is another added benefit thanks to the ownership who always looks out for their customer. Always competitive in pricing.

Gomer’s also has a fine selection in their humidor. So if liquid refreshment of the adult version and or cigars are on your mind, stop by any Gomer’s location and their friendly staff will be more than happy to help you out.
